Hello,

I haven't activated my Ebay Selling Acct as yet because i have a list to upload. But i don't want my account to be charged when i'm still preparing my feed i would like to at least have 20 listings up before Ebay charges my account. I tried to upload my listings on Auctiva but it won't let me, probally because i haven't activated my Ebay Seller's Acct. Is there a way i can upload my auctions on Auctiva even though my ebay seller's account hasn't been activated or do i have to activate it before i upload my listing on Auctiva??

You have to have a selling account first.
Ebay does not charge you to have a selling account, they only charge you when your actually post an active listing.
