I'm trying to set up an account where a percentage of my listing goes for charity. I found the instructions on how to do that if you're listing on ebay. Can I still do it if I'm using Auctiva to list?

Hello teddybairre60 -

eBay has recently made a change to the charity set up where now you can set up your donations on a listing by listing basis instead of needing to enroll in Giving Works, which is the program eBay used to have to set up listings for charitable donations.

If you had previously enrolled in Giving Works you need only click on the Update eBay Account Information on the eBay Information page of your Auctiva account to have the appropriate options show on the lister page. However, at this time, the lister page in Auctiva is still set up to work with Giving Works.

We do have a work ticket in to have the new eBay options available on our lister page, but currently, if you were not already enrolled in Giving Works, the options will not show for you on the lister.

I will update this thread as soon as we have more information available regarding that update, but in the meantime, please feel free to file a support case detailing your question and the charity you wish to use and we can look in to getting the appropriate options available for your account.
