I'm not finding any of this terribly user friendly, but I guess its making me use my head a bit more. Confused Question, I pay and use Selling Manager on Ebay for my reports and emails etc. Can I continue to use this? Will my buyers be getting email from Auctiva also? On Auctivas listing form it indicates the gallery is extra from Ebay? Do I need this,or is there a photo listing in the search? Many thanks if you can help

You should make sure that you have read ALL of the pages here before you list something. Check out all of the preferences defaults and adjust them to what you want.

I use the eBay Selling Manager for end of auction information to my buyers(including feedback), not auctiva. You have to make sure that that feature is disabled in your preferences here.

You already have a 'scrolling gallery' included in your eBay Store fee, either disable the scrolling gallery from here, or disable the one from eBay. ALWAYS put the gallery at the bottom of your lising.
I bring this back to the top in hopes that someone will read it and offer their opinion.

I think being able to replace Selling Manager Pro would be a valuable commodity (although I currently subscribe and actively use it)... Let me tell you why myself and others might want to replace it.

eBay has been surveying users on feedbacks and one of the suggestions they have is. "Would you like it if eBay left feedback on behalf of the seller if payment is made immediately".

Now think about this?

1. What buyer is going to say NO?
2. eBay members dont use the site as much as we do and frankly I dont think simply paying on time is the ONLY thing a seller is required to do.
3. I am disturbed that they would even think about doing this... and I want to always be able to leave my own feedback. In order to do this... you need to NOT accept Paypal, AND not use Selling Manager Pro.

That way ebay doesnt know when you have received payment and wont automatically send out feedback.

So..... Here is my question. Has anyone used the folders feature? Have you organized it in a manner that it really works for you? Maybe similarly to Selling Manager Pro?
