ok so i have listings on both ebay.com.au and through ebay.co.uk under the same username. My default ebay is AU and i myself am in australia, however i also list items on the UK site.
I've just signed up with auctiva this evening as i was wanting to have the scrolling gallery advise potential buyers that i have other listings that might not be showing on their ebay categorie list. And have my items there as a reminder to people who otherwise may have forgotten to use the "view sellers other items" tab that ebay provides.
However even though both my UK or AU listings are visable and managable in my ebay regardless of which site i was logged onto or listed the item from - because i use the same username its all in "my ebay" weather i go to "my ebay" on the UK or AU server.
Auctiva however has only imported/listed my AU listing on the scrolling gallery and has only attached itself to the AU listing... the UK listing has been left out and doesn't seem to have been even recognised.
i don't really know how to put this all in words. I hope someone reading this can work out what i'm asking and help me with getting the auctiva scrolling thingy to include all my listings.
