Hello,

I have listed 152 auctions manually (it took forever). I used the sell similar feature in eBay and apparently an error of required $3.50 insurance got replicated on all the listings. There are already bids on most of the items so I cannot edit the listing. Many of these items are selling for .99 cents.

Im addition, I have the auctiva scrolling tool in my auctions and the items are in my Auctiva store so I think it is connected to the Auctiva check out. My feeling is I am about to lose a lot of money unless I go in and end most of the 152 auctions. I am thinking Auctiva will automatically deduct 3.50 for each of these auctions, which is more than the item sold for!

Here is an example of a listing:

Please any ideas?

Thanks,
Tim

Uh?? I do not see what you are talking about?
quote:
Shipping insurance
Domestic: Included (in the shipping and handling cost)
International: US $1.65 Optional
quote:
Here is how I meet those goals:

* Offer an upfront flat-rate to anywhere in the U.S.
* No mandatory insurance & No hidden handling fees
Are you sure you posted a link to the right thing?
Where it says, Domestic: Included (in the shipping and handling cost)

Since it is set as required it is automatically including $3.50 into the shipping price of all the auctions (the actual shipping is set at $8.99, but it shows $12.49). When I look at my auctions in My eBay it shows shipping as $8.99 that is why I didn't catch it.

In addition I state there is no mandatory insurance and the ad also tells the shipping as $8.99.
