New uploading procedure is antiquated. You have a lot of unhappy sellers out here. I just spent an inordinate amount of time uploading over 200 images that should have taken minutes at the most! If Java has to be updated periodically for your Auctiva Uploader to work correctly, then YOU, as a company should be on it - and simply send a reminder to your users to do the update. Or find another viable solution to the issue. In this day of technologically advanced options, there has to be a better way.

Our uploader no longer uses Java, the uploader was changed several months ago, so there is no Java component in the current uploader. Without more specific detail, it is difficult to say what may be causing the difficulty you report, as we are unaware of any widespread issues with the uploader loading multiple images at one time.

If the difficulty persists, please let us know the details of what you experience, as well as your operating system and browser information in a support case and we will be happy to look into it for you.
