server is not available error message

I've been doing photo's and editing all morning here. I rebooted my system and was going to schedule 10-20 listings, and now I'm getting
the error message that the server is not available. I tried to submit a help issue, but alas I am not able to get to that field! It goes directly to the error message again. Is this going on with everyone else? If so any idea when it will be done? Thanks to anyone who is able to answer. Melissa

Everything is working well on my end (both IE & Firefox). Hope you get your problem resolved quickly.

It's 8:20 Pacific time...I tried to acess Auctiva on I.E. & firefox by clicking on the Auctiva website under "favorites"...got the same SERVER ERROR message...when I typed in www.auctiva directly into the web address bar and hit the "enter" key...it went directly to the sign-in page at Auctiva...I then went to the community site to see if anyone was having the same problem...try it out...hope it works for you...
