Hi Community,

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. We have received reports from several customers regarding Auctiva hosted images not uploading and image upload attempts failing and have determined that this is happening due to a technical problem on the side of Amazon S3, which is the service we contract to host our images.

They are already investigating this problem and have been posting updates on the status of the issue in the row called "Amazon Simple Storage Service (US Standard)" on the following page of their site: http://status.aws.amazon.com/

Hopefully everthing will be back to normal soon!

Mike - I checked the status on the link you mentioned, and it says it is resolved as of 4:45 p.m.. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing problems at 5:22 p.m. Images are not showing up in Auctiva, nor was I able to post new listings.

It may be necessary for Auctiva to contact the service again, as it is definitely is not resolved yet.
