During all of this most recent mess I have tried to use my words carefully and to be kind, as well. The reason for this? My son owns a computer store with an ISP, etc. I know how horrible it can be for him (Jeff is his name, too) when things go wrong. It is so darned frustrating for him when he is trying diligently to correct a problem and he receives no support...only snotty comments from his customers. Of course, his customers pay for the service and REALLY get frustrated when something goes wrong. Jeff, you and your staff were under a tremendous deal of pressure these past few days. Through it all your replies were professional. The only suggestion that I would like to make is that when something like this takes place again, and I'm sure it will sooner or later, that you, or one of your staff, immediately posts an alert. Also, timely updates would be very, very beneficial for all of us. Overal, the site and service, along with all of the bells and whistles, is superb.
