Thanks for contributing to our forum. We do not currently offer an account preference that can be used to automatically send your Auctiva Order Shipped email once they have been marked as shipped, but there are a couple different methods you can use to send this email to your buyers from the eBay Sales page within Auctiva.
First of all, if you are printing a USPS shipping label through your Auctiva account, you can send one of your Order Shipped emails to the buyer as well by checking the box next to “Send "Order Shipped" email to Buyer” in the Shipping Details section.
However, if you are not printing a shipping label through Auctiva, you can send your Order Shipped emails to your buyers by checking the boxes next to the desired transactions on your eBay Sales page, selecting “Send E-Mail” then “Order Shipped” from the top of the page and proceeding as directed.
Generally speaking, it is best to file a support case if you would specifically like input from a member of our staff.
