Ship with more qtys and with different freight options

Hello.
I'm trying to list an auction using (lets say) quantity of 20. I want the buyers to have the option of calculating a qty of 1 via UPS ground or more than 1 using a Freight calculator. Can the two calculators be used?
If not what is the best way to do this?
I'm reading suggestions to use the qty of 1 option via UPS ground calculation and the other option for them to ask what the cost would be for more qtys via LTL freight.
My next question would be, if I use a freight calculator (which is used by freightcalculator.com or something like that),they seem really high priced. I have an LTL Freight company where I get my own discounts. That being said I would think I would want to use my own and have the buyers ask me for a quote...no?

One more thing to note: I do not have a store. I noticed something about creating different warehouses for different calculations but I believe that if for stores only, correct?
