Shipping and payment details

You need to click on maximize just to the left of shipping.

I guess I wasn't clear . . .

That's only there if I use a custom template. If I use one of Auctiva's that drop down on the right is not there. This would be used by the [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] tag.

Did that make any sense?

I have never seen the drop-down that says basic. What does it let you change?

Basic is what I named the profile for shipping and payment.

When you you this tag [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] it places that info into your template.

Look at this item:

That is an Auctiva template and there is no shipping and payment info inserted into the template.

Then look at this one:
6817672374

See the payment and shipping info inside my template?

That's the info I want to be put in when I use an Auctiva template instead of my own custom template.

This info is saved in a profile that I can pick from that drop down box, but only that box does not appear when I select an Auctiva template.

It is inserted when using this tag [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] so I'm guessing this tag is NOT in any of the Auctiva templates?

That's really all I'm trying to find out. Maybe I should file with support but I figured Tom would prolly be able to answer this for me. Last time I filed a template problwem they sent me to Tom anyhow

That apparently is not available in an Auctiva template. I have always used a master profile or saved listing and just adjusted the wording for shipping as needed in the description. And adjust the shipping options at the bottom for eBay.

I figured its not available since that option was no longer showing but I'm hoping maybe it can become an option

You can always have profiles with deferent shipping options and load the profile from item details.

wahm, have you tried customizing one of their templates? I think you have to do it the same way as your custom, but you can choose which of Auctivas templates you would rather use. I could be incorrect, I haven't played with their templates much.

I guess I could but I prolly won't use them much, I just like something different now and then to match an item. So not really worth the time to do that

You could always use the 'Create From Existing' button on the Manage Custom Template page to easily convert one of our standard templates into a custom one and then just drop a [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] tag into it. Just an idea
