Shipping and Payment Details

I have been trying to use the shipping details for a while now. After clicking the "create New" button, I can type in a title under the "Shipping Detail Name"; but, I can't even get a cursor in the main box. Is this something that hasn't been turned on yet or something?

No, this is working on our end. Are you able to see the editor tool bar on that page?

Hey Mike

Yes, I can see the tool bar. I can even hide and unhide the toolbar. I can see the box; I just can't get a cursor in the box which means I can't type in it or paste into it.

Hi Joe,

It's possible your browser may need to be reloaded. Try reloading your browser and see if that resolves the situation. Instruction for repairing Internet Explorer can be found at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=318378

I've never seen this partiicular problem before, so I'm not sure this will work, but it's certainly worth a shot.
