I do not see a default auto email template for when an item is shipped. Is this not available or does endicia handle that for us?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for posting your question here. We do not currently offer an email template that can be automatically sent to buyers once you have shipped their items. However, if you mark an item as shipped within Auctiva, the item should automatically be marked as shipped within eBay and your buyer should receive a notification from eBay indicating the item has been shipped.

If you print a shipping label through Auctiva, you will be presented with an option called “Mark item(s) as shipped and send all tracking information to eBay” that is checked by default and, if you leave that option selected, the tracking information will be sent to eBay and then passed along to your buyer.

If you would prefer to wait before notifying a buyer that an item has been shipped, you can uncheck that option when printing your label and then come back and mark the item as shipped manually when you are ready to notify your buyer.
