Shipping calculator

I create dozens of listings every week and use the calculator for shipping...I am getting requests for shipping quotes and when I check out the listing, the calculators are blank. Anyone having this problem or know what is going on?

Perhaps you have not specified your city & state in your profile (where it says Item location). If that isn't it, contact eBay Live help to investigate by giving them one particular auction number to check. They will assist you.
