Hi. Smile I'm brand new here and know I have much to learn. When I click on the shipping calc. on eBay for my auction, it gives a weird result.

It says $15.56 for Parcel Post and $13.50 for Priority Mail. I went to USPS and calc. the same weight and used the same zip codes. As expected, Parcel Post IS cheaper than Priority.

After the auction started, I edited the weight through eBay's Revise Your Item. Did I mess something up by doing that? Confused TIA!

I entered zip 90210 and got those crazy rates. Parcel Post is always higher than Priority, except on this auction. (I made a screen capture of the page, it was so odd) I just went back to take out the shipping calculator and go flat rate instead, but noticed something...

Where you would enter weight, "Custom weight" was checkmarked rather than pounds and ounces. Also, it was checkmarked that my package size was "Irregular" rather than just a box...

The later, I edited to the normal box setting. I hit submit and it looks like that did the trick. Does Auptiva checkmark 1 or both of those areas when we list? Wondering if I should uncheck the custom weight box, too? I've never used either before, so I'm puzzled. Confused
