Shipping calculator in profiles? Help with International Part

I have never used shipping calculator and now need to. I have the US ship rate down pat. I am trying to figure out how to do the International correctly.

US profile is great; It is the international that says I can't do 2 with same kind of shipping??

I need to do for:

Canada . . and weights (different ones) Priority International

Worldwide . .and weights (different ones) Priority International.

Here is error code I get:

API Error

Duplication in selected shipping services. Please use a given shipping service only once.

can anyone help?? I have tried numerous ways in the profiles but when I list it is not showing international???

I did just write support, and got response that is was ebay issue, however, ebay says it is not theirs. .so have newbie into support.

I honestly think it is I do not know what the heck I am doing with this.
Please.

To cut to the chase: A couple of problems here...."Priority International" is specified twice and it overlaps between Worldwide and Canada. On the entry for second service, you need to *check all but Canada* instead of checking worldwide to avoid the error. Due to the overlap, the shipping calculator would not know how to handle Canada...that's why eBay kicked it back with an API error.

Also FYI...USPS Priority Mail int FLAT RATE BOX to Canada and USPS Priority Mail Int on all the other countries are actually the *same service*, so doing that won't fix the issue.

The key is to check one to Canada and then check all but Canada rather than Worldwide.

Tony.. . thanks to you and to Todd who figured this out for me through support.

For some reason I was dead set on doing this and showing separate. . and thought I was doing something wrong.. well, I was for sure.

It was one of those Ah.. ha moments where I could not see forest for the trees.

Thanks for your help as well as Todds for going back and re-reading what I had sent in past support for this and figuring it out for me.
