Shipping calculator not calculating

When I listed in eBay and I used the shipping calculator, my listings showed the shipping right on the listing according to the viewer's zip code. Now that I have gone through Auctiva, my shipping calculator only shows the calculate button so that the viewer has to calculate his/her own shipping and I'm getting all kinds of messages asking me what shipping will be to certain zip codes. Can I fix this???

I have noticed the same problem as well, when I have calculated shipping the shipping rate is not showing up, only a link is showing up.
