My shippinng charges are missing and when i try to revise, there is no place to put shipping charges domestic or international... how do you fix this... please help...

I've had the same problem! About half of my listings show up okay, the other half are missing the shipping calc. and it's SO MUCH WORK to go back in and change each one manually. Has anyone figured out why this is happening and how to prevent it in the future instead of having to revise each listing?
You don't have your profiles set correctly.
You need to create a master profile that has all the other individual profiles in it, then select that master profile when you setup an auction.
It's very easy and there's nothing wrong on Auctiva's end as far as adding in shipping and tax.
