Could someone tell me where I could make the request to have 2 shipping choices removed from the domestic category and moved to the International category.
On the Canada site - Canada Post Light Packet USA and Canada Post Light Packet International should be in the International section. As I use these all the time its a problem.

I imagine that they are in the domestic catagory on your end because you are in Canada, and these seem to be domestic options for Canadians to ship items outside of Canada but still using Canada Post.

I agree that seems a tad confusing when you look at it from the angle that the item is being sent outside of Canada, thus internationally.

If you use these two shipping options in your listings all the time, set up a Shipping Profile and include them in it. If your Shipping Profile is then used on all the listings you create here on Auctiva, those shipping options will show up automatically and you won't have to select them each time.
