Shipping choices mistake

I imagine that they are in the domestic catagory on your end because you are in Canada, and these seem to be domestic options for Canadians to ship items outside of Canada but still using Canada Post.

I agree that seems a tad confusing when you look at it from the angle that the item is being sent outside of Canada, thus internationally.

If you use these two shipping options in your listings all the time, set up a Shipping Profile and include them in it. If your Shipping Profile is then used on all the listings you create here on Auctiva, those shipping options will show up automatically and you won't have to select them each time.

Thanks for the reply. Thats what I am trying to do but I don't have the choice I need under International shipping.All the other options for shipping outside of Canada are in the International section.Those 2 options are the only 2 options that are meant for outside Canada that are in the domestic section.

If anyone out there uses the ebay.ca site and uses those choices there in the correct sections could they tell me what they do on Auctiva where they are in the wrong section. Who do we e-mail about changing this.
