shipping costs

Can anyone please tell me why my shipping costs won't show on my title page. I've put the prices in the appropriate box but all I get is a message, check details with an arrow. If I click on this arrow it shows the info but I want it to show on the title page. Thank you.

I had the same issue - i've inputted the information and then when i went to Ebay to look my shipping info was blank! Can anyone from Auctiva Desk help with this issue? it seems to happening once the information is being posted into Ebay.

"what do you mean by 'title page'?
The first page with the thumbnail image,starting price,item location etc. Hope this explains. Sorry if I used the wrong term, I'm new to all this.
This is happening when I go to preview. I've been playing around with this for two days now and thought I had gotten a handle on it, but seems I haven't. Thought I'd finally managed to save a listing but when I checked it said no listings saved. Back to square one I guess.

The shipping cost never shows up at the top when you peview. But it DOES show in the shipping section when you scroll down the page. As long as you put the amount in you should be fine. As to why it didn't save, that's another story.
