Shipping Details Showing Blank In Previews

Is anyone else having problems with their listing previews not showing the shipping details? Received an email yesterday from tech support stating they were having problems with the shipping details and probably would be fixed today. Just checked my scheduled auctions and still nothing is showing up for shipping.

It's OK...the shipping details WILL show up once you've posted the listing to eBay.
