I have only listed twice so am still a newbie. I intended to have $0.00 shipping charges - I thought my first listing showed up on eBay as free shipping. My second listing is only showing a price for the item and mentions nothing about shipping costs. Not sure where to look, what to change or even where to find how this new listing got that way. How do I get it to say free shipping on the eBay listing? Thank you

Hi sugarpie87,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the second listing you posted through your Auctiva account and I actually did not have any difficulties seeing all the usual indications that free shipping is available.

Specifically, a green “Free Shipping” graphic is displayed in the upper left corner of the header image within the listing, references to “Free Shipping” and “Free Standard” shipping appear just below the “Buy it Now” and “Make Offer” buttons, and a similar “Free Shipping” message is present in the “Shipping and Handling” area that is displayed when the “Shipping and payments” tab along the top of the description has been clicked.

Generally speaking, all you should need to do to make your listings reflect free shipping on eBay is offer at least one domestic shipping service (using either the flat rate or calculated options) that is available for no additional cost.

I hope this helps clear things up.

-Mike
