I need to know how to set up my shipping profile so that i can offer a flat rate for shipping to usa and canada----and another different flat rate for shipping internationally

it wasn't clear how to do this and i cant find any info on it---thanks in advance---im in canada by the way

assuming your listing on the .com site, you'd want to use domestic for US (because .com is in US), first international service for canada, and second international service for rest of world.

if youre wanting two profiles, one for listings that will ship to us/canada only and one that ships worldwide (thus allowing you to have some listings that only ship to us/canada) you'd need to set up multiple profiles.

P.S. dont forget to set location shipping from at the top.
