shipping instructions

I am attempting my first listing through Auctiva and ran into a problem. I indicate that I will ship to the U.S. and Canada, but when I preview it says U.S. only. I can't find a way to persuade it otherwise.

That's very odd...I just did a test listing to check it out (in my Ebay preferences I only allow shipping within the U.S.)
But I checked off a couple other countries in my test listing and when I previewed it, they DID show up. And actually I don't think they should have, since my Ebay preferences are set
