Does Auctiva sell shipping labels for items when auctiva or eBay are not used in the transaction?

Hi reptcw,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. We currently only offer USPS shipping labels for items which have been sold on eBay so, if you need to purchase postage to ship something you did not sell on eBay, you will need to do so directly through USPS or another vendor.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
