shipping options

since 4 nov 2013 when posting a new listing using priority mail shipping I am being required to input package size, this is extremely inconvenient requiring me to wrap each item prior to actual posting, it only does this with priority mail and no other shipping option

Hi newmans21,

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. An issue did crop up yesterday which caused sellers to receive inappropriate error messages indicating that dimensions are required when offering certain shipping services, and we just released an update to resolve the issue about a half hour ago.

I was able to locate the support case you filed on this subject and have written back to you through that case to let you know this issue should now be resolved as well.

If you encounter any further difficulties of this nature, please don't hesitate to let us know. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
