Good day all!

I am using Auctiva lister for the first time.

I am an UK based seller and I am trying to create an auction listing for a book on ebay.com.

I am unable to get an error free listing as the postage does not allow me to input the details to reflect the item location.

I have stated that the item is in the UK, but the error checker says that because the item is in the US, I can only charge $4.00 for domestic shipping.

How do I get the Auctiva lister to recognise that the item is in the UK and therefore buyers in the US will have to pay international shipping of $25.00?

Thanks,

Eddie.

Hi Eddie,

If it's a Fixed Price item, list it at the UK site with shipping to US. It will automatically appear/search on the US (or any other ship-to country as well as UK).

If it's an Auction item, there is a new Site Visibility upgrade feature (with fee) in Marketing Tools to have the item appear on the US site.

Note, antiquarians or lots on books do have higher allowed shipping rates, but I think my suggestion should work better for you.

Danno
