new shipping rate increases,what do i have to do?
i have a flat rate charged for all listings(1200)
since i charge a flat rate is it wrong of me to think that i have to do nothing? it would make sense that if i wanted to eat the 3-7 cent increase fine! or if i have to change all 1200 items..................HOW? without doing each and everyone one by one!

I don't know that there's a way to do it "in bulk". I would suggest contacting support and see if they can help. It's possible that they can do a global change and do it all for you at once.

Can't hurt to ask.

use ebays bulk editor
open your active listing page mark all listings you want to change then click the edit button
on the next page choose edit fixed shipping and put your new price in the box
click on continue Viola! you are done

BULK EDITOR PROBLEM
i am changing my shipping. i change the domestic price and international. on the domestic side i set a 6.25 price for first class. yet when i go to review the prices it lists that price and then a 14.00 express price. that is not a option i have ever checked,nor is it one now when i go back a page(with the back button) how is this "force happening?
