SHOE SPECIFICS MISSING

Listing shoes-how do I access ebay's item specifics that give size, width, color,heel heighT, condition, etc. I'm losing business as my items won't come up on size or color searches. Then only way I've found to correct is to list with Auctiva and go back and revise through ebay which is too much work for me-it's really doubling the time. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi jsales0,

Once you have selected a category that entails item specifics, i.e. shoes, a "Choose Item Specifics" link will appear directly under the category field on the Auctiva lister page. You can enter the item specifics for your shoe listings by clicking this link when creating your listings.
