Hi
I've just changed some of the catogories in my e-bay shop (their names and also added some new) but they're not showing up when I try to list on Auctiva. Do I need to do anything or is it just a matter of waiting?
Appreciate any help any one can give on this.

I'm afraid I can't really give you a solid answer, Sian, but I think you're right in that it's just a matter of waiting. I believe that stuff is only updated every six hours.

Hi Sian,

Rick's right. When you create new eBay store categories, they should show up on your Auctiva listing page within 6 hours.
