The only way to prevent those images from showing up in the first place is to not use a seller details profile.
Can't tell if you are talking about a listing you have posted yet or one that is posted and active. So if it is a listing you haven't posted, don't use the seller details profile.
If your listing is active, in order to remove the images from an active listing, you just need to click the "Standard" tab on the editor on the eBay "Revise your Item" form...you should then just be able to select them with your cursor and delete them using the "Delete" button on your keyboard. Of course, this assumes the active listing's description can still be revised.
