Should I give up?

This sounds like a Store window issue. I'll move the thread to that message area.

We actually just found a bug today and fixed it in reguards to missing store window images. It's being placed on the image servers now. We should not have the issue going forward on new listings. The store window should display all your images for newly created listings after today.

Your missing images have been created and are now avialable in your Auctiva store: http://www.auctiva.com/stores/viewstoreitems.aspx?id=176137 . These images will also be cisible in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

If you notice that this happens again, please don't hesitate to file a support case and our friendly support staff will assist you.

thank you for being really helpful and sorting the problem out for me.

i really think auctiva is fab for listing products as it is so quick.

i only have an issue when images stop working, but as you say everything is working perfect now.
