Showcase and Listing Trackers

Would like to have Showcase and Listing Tracker that actually do work. It has been off for days and no one has fixed it. Is it because this is a free service that brings in no money so it gets neglected?

I paid for the pro plan so I could update the showcase about 30 hours ago. It made no difference.
