Showcase carousel not working

I am new to this so please excuse any errors.
I have used Auctiva several times and every time I check my listings on E bay the carousel showing my other items doen't work.
It does however work on other computers.
I have adobe flash player installed and it is up to date.
Ant help would be really appreciated.

I just reviewed your account, including several of your active listings, and your Auctiva scrolling gallery appears to be working properly. I'm not sure what the problem may have been but it appears to have been resolved since you made your original post.
