Is there anything I need to do to activate my showcase? My listings are only showing a blank screen. Thanks in advace for any help.

Top right---> STORE -->(left) Store Window-->(center down)Your Store Window is currently: Enabled. Click here to go to your account preferences page to disable it.
If you've got that 'enabled' it will show up when they load new items.

I checked and it does say enabled, but it still isnt working.

Well, I'm fresh outa' ideas. You'll have to file a 'support case'. When I used it, I got my answer, and they are fixing what went wrong re: my problem.

We don't show any images in your store windows because all of your items are posted to the Mature Audiences category.
We may modify the store window to determine if the user is currently looking at a mature audience auction, and therefore it is okay to show images from other similiar auctions. But, for right now, due to making sure we never show mature audience images in regular eBay listings, we just don't allow any to show at all.

Kevin, what you said made sense. I am only listing in mature audiences, so if the user is able to view my showcase, they are already in the mature audiences category. However, I do understand because if I were to decide to list something under a diferent category, then others would be able to see all of my listings. I do not plan on listing anything in different categories. I am using this ID for nothing but a huge collection of mature material. There should be a way to still use the showcase. Oh well, is there a way to turn it off, so that the showcase doesnt show up? If it is going to be blank, I would rather it not be there.

I've gone ahead and turned off the store window feature for you, so that future items you post don't get appended with the empty store window.

My Auctiva showcase was working great until yesterday. I just opened up an ebay store and ever since my auctiva showcase says: "I have no items for sale right now. Please come back later."
btw my store window is currently enabled.
How can I fix this because I know the showcase has significantly helped me with sales in the past.
