I have registered with Auctiva and followed the email link and that is why I am writing this note.
When I got to sign up. I put in my user name and password. The message comes back "invalid user name or password".
I go to "SIGN UP" and fill in all the boxes and the message comes back "INVALID FORMAT".
I have tried and tried but got nowhere. What is "Invalid Format" can anyone help?

Hi,

Could it be the email address wasn't in proper form, e.g. myemail@inetpo.com ?

Also, make sure you have cookies and scripting / javascript functioning in your browser. Auctiva generally works best with IE and Firefox.

Thanks Danno But I am not getting that far.
It is against my user name OLL1940, that the message "invalid format" comes back.
I will just soldier on paying e-bay for photos as this Auctiva is useless.

Hi,

Don't put a space between OLL and 1940, as you did in the Forum. I (hopefully) replicated what you did and got that error using a space.

BTW...registration reports that OLL1940 is availabe for you.

I don't think this has anything to do with it, but have you tried using lowercase letters?
