not a very exciting 1st post but we have gone through auctiva after signing up and cant find the feedback thing response anywhere? can someone please let us know what webpage / section it is under please.

If you are looking for a feedback manager you will need to look into the ala carte service from Auctiva.

thanks but the sign up on the auctiva.com pages says that the auto feedback is part of the auctiva package or isnt it???
we are confused (not hard) so we assume the FREE service is the listing and then everything else has to be paid for???
has anyone used the feedback tool and is it worth it??

daddykool, the feedback feature is for the classic auctiva which is a pay and not the same free service we use here. I would go to the forum for the classic site - 4 sections at the bottom of the main forum page.
thx we have joined up at classic but all seems a bit strong price wise...spoonfeeder does everything for less but the interface is crap...at least auctivas.com thingy looks cool!
