Single image always at bottom of template

on single listings my image is always at the bottom of the template no matter what i check. when i have 2 pictures they are inserted as i selected. it is just the single ones i cant seem to control. my default template show image above description. when i check it by hand to show up there it shows it but always reverts to the bottom. thanks
