Hi again,

We've been notified of a problem with one of our data center's upstream providers.  We haven't been given an eta but they are working on the issue.  We're hoping for a resolution soon.  Again, thanks for hanging in there.  We'll post more when we've got it.

Our data center has given us an ETA of roughly 2 hours from now.  We are as eager as you to get things going again.
