We did a site release this morning and some of our web servers did not come back up properly. We're working on bringing those back up (or taking them out of the server rotation) so that everyone will be back to hitting the website.
Should be resolved in a few minutes. If that is not the case I will post another update.
One note on that direct URL: This is a temporary link and I will be taking that down later today. I will post giving at least a 1 hour warning before doing so.
www.auctiva.com should be resolving for everyone again now. If it does not for you, make sure to refresh/close your browser. If that still does not work, please let us know.
Can't prepare listing because when I click on shipping tools, there are no options for priority, etc. nor can I put in dimensions of packages because it remains blank. Site must be down still.
I can access the site without problem at www.auctiva.com but it's the shipping tools section that is messed up. It looks different and there are no selections that can be made. Consequently, I am unable to list anything.
I just tried to replicate the behavior you are describing but was unable to do so. The only thing I could think of that would cause the shipping options to be unavailable is if you have "Arrange for Local Pick-up" selected in the "Shipping Tools" section. If that is the case, you should be able to see the shipping services once you select "Flat Rate Shipping" or "Calculated Shipping".

I am still having the problem. It is the same whether I use one of my profiles or select new listing. I have calculated shipping checked which is what I want, but there are no mail classes to choose from.
I just lost the shipping information as well, with no ability to select shipping. I was copying another listing and only changing some pics and descriptions.
I am experiencing the same thing with the shipping. I can post a saved listing just fine. However, if I try to create a similar listing, the shipping method area is blank and there are no options for UPS ground, Priority mail, etc. On calculated shipping any ways, fixed shipping works fine, but I do not use that. Heck of a day for this to happen, when Ebay motors has a 50 cent insertion! Hope you're able to fix this today!
Thanks for following up with us regarding this matter. I was just informed by our technical team that the issue causing this odd shipping service behavior has been resolved. If you continue to experience this problem, it is most likely because your browser cache has not been cleared since prior to our update, in which case, you should be able to resolve it by clearing your browser cache.

I have it working now with both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Tried both to make sure problem was resolved and right now it seems to be for me. Thanks for the speedy service......I will let you know if it happens again.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
