Site is SLLLOOOWWW again...just me?

It is being intermittent for me.

YES, it's slow for me too, I was hoping to get a lot done this morning. I know it's winter but it's my computer that keeps freezing, not me! Even when it's not slow, my listings freeze in the middle of working on them. I find it especially happens when I get to the image or template portion so now I save my listing before I get to that part. I have a brand new computer so I know it's not my computer.

Server too busy again!
I would rather PAY for this site than go through this!
As before....soon it will just say...SERVER TOO BUSY.... and we will not get on at all.
I hate to work from two listing sites and I just left Ink Frog since I like Auctiva better!
Guess you always need a back up though!

We appreciate everyone's efforts in bringing this to our attention. Our IT department is currently looking into the "slowness" issue reported on this thread, and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. I will post again to this thread when I have further information to shar regarding this issue.

Hi Mike, I just posted my first message under Images, but thought I'd reply to this one ... my images just aren't loading, although I'm doing everything exactly as I have the last couple years with Auctiva. Is it because of the slowness of the site today? Thanks!!

I would really appreciate some idea of how serious this slow-down is and when you might expect things to be back to normal.

I am having problems today also. I can't get any pictures to upload either and teh site is very slow. I usually don;t have any problems but today as been a bit of a pain.

Can't even get to Auctiva listing site. Found this site via searching the web. It's very frustrating.

I started having slowness problems about 7 hours ago, so left the computer hoping they'd be resolved by the time I returned. No such luck. Sure hope this slow-down doesn't last as long as last week's. C'mon, techies, we're counting on you!

Well finally got into making a listing, finished it, and then boom - server unavailable. I'll come back in a few hours to see if they're up and running again.

Our IT department has reported that the issue causing the sluggishness of the Auctiva website this morning has been resolved. Since it was this issue that was causing image upload problems as well, those of you who were previously unable to upload images, should be able to do so successfully at this time.

Everyone's patience with this matter has been greatly appreciated! If anyone continues to experience problems of this nature, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Oh noooo. I still can't do anything. The site still unavailable for me and even getting in to help is impossible. It's 3:16, Mike you post 3:12. I ate three bags of Mike and Ike's waiting for the fix. Please help.

Mike, Hate to burst anyone's bubble but site has not been fixed. Still slow. Waiting on listing page to load as I type this.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear that, however, I appreciate you pointing this out! I'll pass your observations bact to our IT department and I'll post again to this thread once I have more information regarding this issue to share.

Yes, the site is slow in every way. Have only managed to post two listings all morning and now trying to work on a third with nothing but frustration.

Here is is 3:58 and its still soooo slow. It seems that towards the end of the week for the last two weeks things have been FUNKY!!! Is there any thing that can be done to pick up the pace.

ALL RIGHT!! It is 4:14. Just went back and created 3 listings "lick a dee split". Speed has improved I hope it stays this way for awhile.

Total frustration!! I keep editing the same listing. When I hit 'save' the site quits and I'm on the outside looking in! I have had to log back in MANY times and when I check the status of my saved listing everything I did is ALL GONE!!

Where did it all go? Did Scotty beam it up? Does Auctiva need a new dilythium crystal?
