Hey Folks,

We're all clear.  As Craig said, we identified an issue around 5:45 PM PT tonight.  We tracked the issue out of our systems and to an upstream network provider.  They acknowledged the issue and fully resolved it by 7:30 PM PT.  We apologize for the troubles.  I guarantee we were as eager to get things going as you were.
