Site stops working

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with this site? I can usually get one or two listings and it freezes up or the pictures won't load or something. Today on my first listing the template wouldn't work. Then I forgot to put in a category. When I hit the "Search" button, I lost my description and I got the "Loading" button. I did this a couple of time and got the same. Every day this week something has gone wrong. I love this site but it does me no good if I can't get anything listed. I have had a lot of trouble since the update. Do I have to change my settings or something? I run Windows ME.

Auctiva runs best on the browser Firefox, Opera or Opera.

I've put up maybe 15 auctions this AM and not been having a problem.

If you're still having probs be sure to fill out a help ticket.

I use Firefox. I tried again after I wrote my complaint and it has been working fine. If it acts up again, I'll fill out a help ticket. Thanks.

I'm going to try Firefox. I tried Opera before and liked it, but could not get certain items to go through on the eBay listing. I'm running Windows XP and having so many problems!

I use Opera (and Firefox, but mostly Opera) what couldn't you get to work?

Well, it did it again. This time I got the whole listing done and then it wouldn't post. Same message that auctiva.com couldn't be found. The problem gets worse because I cannot even access Auctiva from anywhere. This is getting so frustrating.

Mainly, my pictures. It's been over 6 months ago. When I would post an auction using eBay (before I found Auctiva) it would tell me that if I was using....one was Opera...then I couldn't put my pics on without doing this or that and on and on.....

I just downloaded Firefox and am loving it so far. The only problem now is that my store is not showing on any of my auctions. Does anyone know if it's down or do I have to download something else for it to work with Firefox? HELP!

Hmm, you should file a support case because I am not aware of any specific issues with our site.
