Probably the images just need to be "smaller" in file size (rather than dimensions), but maybe you know that.

I'm not sure if you can do anything about that once they're uploaded to Auctiva, though. Do you use any particular photo-editing software? If you happen to have Photoshop (or access to it) it has a great feature called "Save for Web" which adjusts the resolution to all that's needed (72 dpi).

Maybe someone else will be able to help a little more.

Actually, the click to supersize option only applies to 400 x 300 images. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Thanks guys! I think I'm catching on now. I may have saved too big. I use Microsoft Digital Image and have been saving as medium "web size" and will edit the next batch differently!

Another question.... Is there a way to do one click to put 4 images in the description or keep doing one at a time, like I have been?
