Software download for Store??

Help! I feel completely stupid but I'm new to Auctiva. When I check my ebay listings the store window area is there but it says that I need to download the software which I thought I had. I can see other people store windows scrolling - just not mine and I asked a friend to check and they are getting the same message. Am I supposed to download something before starting??

Is it Flash that you're being asked to download? I didn't have to do that but I probably already had it on my machine.

Also, I haven't seen this message but doesn't it give you a link to get the download from?

Could you post an item # or link to one of your listings?
