We have hundreds of items in inventory that are set to "re-post" automatically after a sale using an "auto re-list profile."  Though we have not changed any settings for months, this past week all sold items are failing to re-post even though there are available items that remain in inventory.  If the item fails to sell, it is relisting without any problem.  

Please help as we are losing a huge volume in sales because of this!

Hello POPDP -

I am sorry to hear that you have run into difficulty with auto relists occurring for you.  We are not aware of any issues with auto relisting at this time so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.  Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site with the details of what you are running into as well as a few specific examples by item number or title where this issue has occurred so we can look into this for you, and we'll be happy to assist.

Thanks for getting your support case in to us, and you are welcome.  We have filed a work ticket with our engineers to investigate this issue and will reply to you via the support case as soon as more information regarding this issue becomes available.  I will also update this thread once we have more available.
