Some beginner questions

Hello, I'm new here and I'm preparing for my first Auctiva & first eBay auction as well. I've created base of my Auctiva listing for my auction - please check it out here: http://adox.ahplace.com/axs/intl_preview.aspx.htm and here are my questions:

1) Since I'm not from the US, I can't offer any domestic shipping service within the US only - which is required before choosing international shipping options. I'd like to write 4 international shipping options, but it doesn't work. Is maximum 3? And couldn't I remove the 1st shipping option somehow - "within the US only"?

1) I wonder why there's no "Payment & Shipping" subtitle written in my template as I can see it in the Template Preview. There's only written "Description". I'd like to further explain the payment & shipping details, as in the "Seller's payment instructions" there's no enough space for it (max. 500 characters).

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi auxions.tk,

1) I'm assuming from your questions that you are a non-US seller listing on the eBay US site.
In this case, you'll want to indicate your international shipping service to the US from the domestic shipping service menu. If none of the shipping services are available to you, you can choose something generic like "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service." Then, you can indicate your other 3 international services from the international shipping service menus(Yep...there's a maximum of 3 international services.)

2) To create a shipping and payment details, which can be displayed under the "Shipping and Payment" header within the template, please go to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Shipping & Payment Details. Then, just enter your shipping and payment description, give the statement a name, and save it.

Then, on the lister page, you'll be able to select this shipping & payment details from the "Select Ship/Pay Details" pulldown menu(just to the right of the counter pulldown menu). Once you have selected your shipping and payment details, the information contained within it will be displayed under the "Shipping and Payment" header within the template.
