awh - why are you still listing with Turbolister?

You can do the same things and more here. I would suggest opening a support ticket by going to the help section and scrolling down to the bottom. You can open your case there and they can look into your account.

I'm currently using turbolister until I become more familiar with the lister here at Auctiva. I am starting to get the hang of it. I came over (like LOTS of others!) from SD, and was using their lister. I had my own custom template over there, and tried to move it over here, but it's just a little different, and I can't figure out how to add certain things that I need. I had to take out the html for my image protection that was in my original template, because it would make the lister here at Auctiva, close out on me. It works fine at SD and on turbo lister, but not here. So until I tweak my template to work the way I want, I've got to continue to use turbolister. Hopefully not for much longer.

Anyway, I am impressed so far, and I hope they get out all the bugs. I want to keep using Auctiva....I especially like the way everyone says they are on the ball with customer service. I rate SD at an F- for that one! (Which is one of the main reasons I left them.)

Just a quick update....the customer service here is AWESOME!!! I received a response...(and not an automated one, I might add!) Within 7 minutes! My pics are suppose to be working correctly within 2-4 hours. GO GUYS!! WoooooHoooo!

Ooops, Hi Tom....looks like you beat me back here too! You guys are great! Thanks for the help, I'm going to keep trying to get my template working on your site. I don't give up too easily And yes, I think you're correct...it was the javascript that made it 'choke'. I had a suspicion it was, so I took it out and tested it. Worked fine after that. Gotta hop over to the template board now. Thanks again!!

I notice that two of your items in the store window don't have an image. I've asked one of the developers to look into why that is happening.

Looks like some items in our system do not have a showcase image associated with them. We're running a maintanence script right now to check all listings that don't have images and grab the image from the eBay auction itself.

As this finishes running later in the night, you should have images showing again for all of your items.

Kevin - I have noticed when we relist through ebay it does this. I do not have the showcase running, but when I am selecting images for new listings, the "relisted" pics show up even when I click the box to hide images in active listings.
