SOMEONE HELP PLEASE! tag issues

** Hi, I am also having the same problem but I can't seem to find where I have more than 1 description tag! Can someone help me please?? I tried to look for it but I can't seem to find where I have more than 1?? I have alot of auctions to post and I've been having this on going problem since last week!!**

Here is the problem that I am having:

I am still having problems with my template and images showing up. I think I finally figured out what's going on. I know my images are uploaded from 11/05 and when I reloaded the images up last night and tried to insert them it worked better. Here is what the old template looks like with all the voids:

But this is what the new one looks like and its supposed to look like because all the template images show up and no "x's" are showing up.

Now my problem is that I can't put it and save the new templating. Its coming up with a error message saying: "You must have one and only one description tag in your template"
PLEASE HELP! Also, does your images expire within a certain time period on auctiva??

Any help ASAP would be much appreciated! Thank you all!

On the second template - the system is lying to you. the problem is that you dont have ANY description tags.

in your template, you need to put description tag in between these lines





Which, there's two types of description tags you can use (but can only use one of them)

can use
[DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] - this tag inserts your auction description along with your images. The images will be inserted into your description using the location and layout that you specify on the lister page, like one of our regular templates. We use 400x300s with a 'click to supersize' link.

or can use

[DESCRIPTION] - instead of the above tag, you can use this one to insert the auction description only (no images), then use the various image tags to specify the location/type of images.

It will work if you simply add

[DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES]

between the two lines I mentioned above




If you want to have more control over the picture layout, then you would use the description only version of the tag and the individual image tags.
